Our mission is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE by empowering creators and agencies to build a creative, engaging, and safe space for all users. We are seeking an enthusiastic Portuguese‑speaking Agency Operations Manager — the first role of its kind to launch and establish the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in the Portuguese‑speaking market. You will play a pioneering role in defining the market entry strategy, developing partnerships with live‑streaming agencies, and scaling the creator ecosystem from the ground up. This is a high‑impact role that requires operational excellence, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the influencer and live‑streaming landscape. You will be instrumental in shaping TikTok LIVE’s local operations model and driving its long‑term success.
