An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Ayr & Stranraer Agency. **About the Role** **Training & Competence** • Lead, maintain, and continuously develop the agency’s T&C scheme in line with NFU Mutual and FCA requirements. • Monitor adviser performance through regular observations, case reviews, and call-listening activity. • Deliver structured feedback and coaching to help individuals strengthen both compliance behaviours and soft-skill capability. • Identify development needs and create tailored learning plans to improve quality, capability, and consistency across the team. **Leadership & Collaboration** • Work closely with the Senior Partner to shape agency strategy relating to quality, capability, and risk. • Support advisers and staff through ongoing coaching, guidance, and training. • Build strong working relationships with both Ayr and Stranraer teams to embed a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement. **About You** **The ideal candidate will bring:** • A proven background in a similar compliance, QA, T&C, or regulated auditing role (e.g., sales call auditing, adviser coaching, training quality assurance). • A deep understanding of FCA-regulated environments, preferably within financial services or insurance. • Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to influence, support, and challenge constructively. • Credibility, confidence, and the ability to operate independently in a senior capacity. • High levels of organisation, judgement, and personal integrity. • A full UK driving licence and willingness to work across both sites weekly. **What we Offer** • Competitive salary and performance-related bonus • 26 Annual Days Leave + Bank Holidays • Access to YuLife Health & Wellbeing App • Group Life Cover – 2 x Salary • Nest Pension scheme contributions • Full training and ongoing professional development **How to Apply** If you’re driven, personable, and ready to be part of a successful and growing local agency, we’d love to hear from you.
