A leading holiday resort company in Cleethorpes is seeking an Activities Team Member to join their team. This role involves engaging with guests through exciting outdoor activities. You'll support the setup and operation of daily events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Must be 18 years or older and possess a positive attitude, great communication skills, and attention to safety. Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary. The position may require weekend and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to meet qualifications and training requirements.
• Previous experience in a similar activity role is beneficial but not essential.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and operation of daily activities.
• Engage with guests, providing guidance and encouragement.
• Deliver safety briefings and ensure safe equipment use.
• Assist guests with climbing walls, high ropes, and archery.
• Maintain clean and organised activity areas.
• Report equipment or safety issues.
