Our client is Seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our office. They will involve in processing applications, managing data, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all incoming applications.
  • Perform data entry from forms into an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Manage and organize all filing.
  • Run reports as needed.
  • Retrieve voice messages and enter them into the telephone log.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications and other standard business software.
  • Ability to prioritize, respond to multiple demands, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with all parties at all times.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within and outside the agency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both writing and oral presentations.
  • Ability to work under time constraints.
  • Ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information.
