Responsibilities

  • Support the LCH Finance Team with daily tasks.
  • Calculate and input accruals and prepayments.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries.
  • Assist with maintaining records for audits.
Job description
The post holder will:

Provide day to day routine support to the LCH Finance Team.

Calculate and input accruals and prepayments in accordance with the internal monthly accounts timetable.

Investigate queries from staff, external customers/suppliers and patients, providing assistance and advice in a professional and timely manner.

Undertake the Invoice Query Manager (IQM) role for the Trust. Act as the first point of contact for queries relating to non-purchase order invoices both internally and externally. Direct invoices to the correct person for coding and investigate any payment related queries.

Raise sales orders and support the management of the receivables policy and procedure.

Assist with month end and annual accounts process ensuring that proper records are maintained to support the audit of the accounts by the statutory auditor.
