Job description

Are you an experienced Account Manager within the busy medical communications industry? Are you looking to develop your skills and experience in a new role this winter? Oxford PharmaGenesis is offering a new client services opportunity with one of our London-based teams. While the role would ideally require working in our London office for 2 days per week, we will also consider candidates who would prefer to be based in our Cambridge office.

The key focus of this position will be publications and medical affairs deliverables for the team’s growing cardiac disease accounts. This will include congress publications, manuscripts and plain language summaries, in addition to scientific communications plans and infographics. As the accounts continue to grow, so will the opportunity for continual professional growth and development.

The role will require attention to detail, proactivity, and an innovative and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to shifting client priorities and work effectively with the team to provide solutions that exceed expectations.

We are looking for an Account Manager who has:
  • publications experience in account management in medical communications
  • experience collaborating with writing teams to deliver projects in a solution-oriented, innovative and creative manner
  • exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to quickly build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • the ability to develop and implement process improvements throughout all stages of the project life cycle to enhance efficiency and outcomes
  • experience in developing, tracking and reconciling project budgets.
