The role involves reviewing referrals, drafting and issuing correspondence, and maintaining regular communication via email with internal teams and external partners. You will work confidently across Microsoft platforms to update records, manage bed-space reports, and handle sensitive data in line with information-sharing and confidentiality requirements. Although allocation decisions are made elsewhere, you will be responsible for updating internal systems, to reflect placements and changes.
