Job description
Senior Fieldwork Executive

Are you a natural organiser, a confident communicator and someone who thrives in a fast-moving, people-focused environment? I’m working with a well-respected insights consultancy known for its hands-on approach, vibrant culture and genuine progression. They’re looking for a Senior Fieldwork Executive to take ownership of complex qualitative and facility-based projects.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the operation, overseeing recruitment and full-service fieldwork, managing incentives, coordinating facility bookings and making sure every project runs smoothly, accurately and on time. You’ll be trusted to lead both onsite and offsite sessions, coach junior team members, and spot improvements in process, participant experience and delivery.

This role suits someone who enjoys being at the centre of it all: making decisions, solving problems and keeping multiple plates spinning. You’ll have the autonomy to delegate, shape how things are done and bring fresh ideas. You’ll also line manage apprentices and execs, helping their development while stepping in where needed, whether that’s hosting, facilitating or overseeing product prep.

Key things you’ll get involved in:

  • Leading the set-up and delivery of fieldwork projects, workshops and research sessions
  • Coordinating facility hire, equipment, scheduling and casual staff
  • Reporting quotas, attendance, incentive usage and project updates
  • Being a go-to for client communication and internal collaboration
  • Driving improvements in processes, participant experience and team efficiency

You’ll need previous experience in fieldwork coordination or project operations, ideally within research, insights or similar. Strong communication, calm under pressure and a knack for logistics are essential.

If you’re ready to step up, take real ownership and be part of a collaborative, growing team, I’d love to tell you more.
