Job description

Are you ready to shape the talent strategy of a leader in renewable energy?

At Muehlhan Wind Service, we are committed to driving down the cost of green energy through our expertise and dedication.

As a full‑scope contractor and provider of specialised wind turbine technicians, we deliver top‑tier installation and service solutions to OEMs in the wind industry. By collaborating with major players on complex construction and service projects, we have earned a reputation as a trusted strategic partner known for uncompromising quality.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment to lead a (14‑person) Talent and Project Resourcing team and shape Muehlhan Wind Service’s workforce across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent across all functions – from back‑office professionals to specialised wind turbine technicians – while aligning recruitment strategy with business goals.

You will play a crucial role in making processes work seamlessly across departments, providing strategic oversight of the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure consistent, high‑quality hiring and onboarding. By combining workforce planning with hands‑on leadership, you will streamline processes, improve talent acquisition performance, and enable effective collaboration between stakeholders, business units, and operational teams.

This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact with a fast‑growing, innovative leader in renewable energy.

This role can be based either in Denmark or the UK.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
  • Lead and execute MWS’s recruitment and resourcing strategy.
  • Forecast staffing needs and develop talent pipelines, supporting succession planning for key roles.
  • Track talent market trends and employer branding to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, labour laws, and ethical recruitment standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent and Project Resourcing team.
  • Set goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimise recruiter workload and resource allocation across projects and regions.
Operational Excellence
  • Build structured, scalable hiring processes for technicians and back‑office roles.
  • Standardise recruitment practices and tools across the business.
  • Provide strategic leadership and governance over the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring robust, consistent processes for sourcing, selection, and onboarding of both back‑office employees and technicians.
  • Streamline end‑to‑end recruitment to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with Business Units and stakeholders to meet staffing needs.
  • Align recruitment priorities with business objectives and project demands.
  • Strengthen communication, alignment, and process coordination across departments, ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience leading end‑to‑end recruitment strategies at a senior level, including both technician and office roles.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience coaching high‑performing teams.
  • Expertise in building scalable recruitment processes, policies, and frameworks across multiple regions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • In‑depth knowledge of talent markets and employer branding strategies.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience setting and monitoring recruitment KPIs and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to workforce planning and talent acquisition.
Why Join MWS
  • Work at the forefront of renewable energy with a company that values integrity, respect, reliability and excellence.
  • Lead a team with opportunities to make a direct impact on recruiting both office staff and specialised technicians.
  • Enjoy a collaborative, high‑performing culture with opportunities for professional development.
