Senior Key Account Manager UK & Nordics (Embedded IoT) – Remote

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic senior sales person to drive new customer acquisition and design-in/design-win (DI/DW) project growth across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions, potentially also across Eastern European region. You will play a critical role in expanding our regional footprint and creating long-term value through strategic partnerships with known and new key customers.

Your responsibility

In this role, your main focus is exclusively on new business development, identifying and engaging with new customers in the embedded electronics sector, with a primary focus on System-on-Modules (SOM), Single Board Computers (SBC), and Industrial Motherboards (IMB) and its peripherals. You will:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new customer accounts and new design-in/design-win project opportunities in target markets.
  • Promote Advantech’s core embedded product portfolio (SOM, SBC, IMB) to OEMs, system integrators, and technology developers.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop tailored value propositions and technical presentations in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
  • Drive all stages of the sales cycle — from opportunity identification to project closure — ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful project onboarding.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and regional growth potential.
  • Focus on new business only –not involve account maintenance of existing customers or ongoing business management.
