We are looking for a Senior Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our office near Frankfurt Airport. As part of our international team, you will be responsible for India.

As a Senior Manager (m/f/d) you will support our team and be responsible for the following tasks:

• You coordinate all operational tasks and projects, especially in the acquisition of new investment leads
• You will proactively establish and nurture relationships with Indian B2B service providers, associations, and public institutions that support Indian businesses seeking to expand into Germany
• You will advise the management of our foreign clients from a wide range of industries on the establishment of a new operation
• You are the first point of contact in our Headquarter for the representative office in India and are responsible for coordinating day-to-day business for your country area
• You are responsible for the preparation, organization and implementation of delegations and events, e.g. location presentations, seminars/webinars, receptions, trade fair presentation in your country area
• You manage documentation and take care of data maintenance and reporting (CRM system)
• Your market analyses will help develop tailored marketing strategies and content for the Indian market
• You are responsible for budget planning of your country area

• Degree in business, marketing or comparable qualifications.
• Experience with cold calling and client acquisition via internet or telephone
  and at events
• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally also in the public sector
• Excellent written and spoken English and fluent German (C1 level)
• Confident handling of IT & social media (text and presentation processing, customer relationship management systems)
• Profound knowledge of the business culture in India
• Knowledge of the economic structure & location advantages of the FrankfurtRhineMain region is an advantage

• Flexible, willing to learn and enjoy working in a team
• Empathetic and have a confident and polite manner
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• In possession of a class B driving license
