We believe in building scalable channels by working in cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, Content, Design) to build the best marketing automation in the industry. We are looking for an outstanding Paid Search Marketing Manager to join our Berlin HQ. Be a part of one of Berlin’s most innovative and cutting-edge Performance Marketing teams and gain exposure to a large-scale, highly automated marketing engine.

Your mission
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and formulate hypotheses to improve our content and coverage structure.
  • Understand how to create the perfect ads, keywords, and landing page combination for millions of users around the world.
  • Improve content and coverage LLMs based models and explore new and different ways challenge the status quo with data scientists and engineers.
  • Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of models fine tunings and business tactics.
  • Create and deliver analysis, providing meaningful and measurable evaluations of performance and experiment results through compelling storytelling.
  • Generate regular reports and performance dashboards using platforms such as Databricks or Looker to provide insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation to streamline workflows.
  • Foster close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including tech, data science, and other business units, to optimise current processes and models, explore new opportunities, and maximise the efficiency of the paid search channel.
Your toolkit
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance advertising or similar analytical role.
  • Completed a degree in economics/marketing, statistics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
  • Working experience with larger data sets. You have previously worked with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or a similar tool in your day-to-day work. You love working with lots of data.
  • Good understanding of key marketing KPIs (CPA/CAC, CTR, CVR, etc.)
  • Should be able to ask the right questions, and effectively interpret and act on what it’s telling you and what it’s not telling you.
  • You want to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities and use your own initiative.
  • Clear communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English.
