As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of Freaks 4U Gaming by managing and growing relationships with key clients. Your mission is to understand and anticipate client needs, delivering strategic solutions that maximize business opportunities and profitability. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. By maintaining strong communication, ensuring smooth project execution, and achieving financial targets, you will contribute to the growth and global standing of Freaks 4U Gaming.
In this role, you will ensure that all commercial and contractual terms within identified agreements are adhered to, while managing complex contract negotiations with support from the legal team. You will oversee service level performance to ensure it is consistently measured, delivered, and reported in a timely manner. Taking full responsibility for communication and operational and strategic work with key clients, you will independently prepare project and campaign briefs to guarantee flawless execution by service departments. Additionally, you will be accountable for budget control and ensure profitability across all client projects. Be prepared for frequent travel, including weekends, to attend industry-relevant events and client meetings.
