You will handle complaint management, conduct inspections, and work collaboratively with teams. Qualifikationen

• Technical training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and standards.
• Experience with quality tools like 8D reports and FMEA.

Our Business Area Electrification (EE) develops and produces battery systems as well as electric and fuel-powered thermal solutions. Additionally, the business unit includes our aftermarket division, Customized & Lifecycle Solutions (EC), offering products and solutions for nearly all types of on-/off-highway and shore vehicles, with a strong focus on thermal and energy management solutions.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Responsibility for quality within a defined scope of purchased parts in the field of e-mobility
• Complaint management in cooperation with the relevant suppliers and internal departments: problem analysis, initiation of immediate actions, coordination of sorting activities, creation of complaints reports, and corresponding inventory management in the ERP system
• Performing measurements as part of incoming goods inspections (if necessary, coordination of inspections with the laboratory and metrology departments)
• Participation in daily production-related meetings and corresponding reporting

This is what you bring to us:

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar (additional qualification as a master craftsman is a plus)
• Strong technical understanding (e.g. interpreting technical drawings, specifications/standards)
• Good knowledge of quality tools (e.g. 8D report, FMEA)
• Confident communication in German and English, as well as experienced use of SAP and MS Office
• A responsible, motivated, and team-oriented working style
