What you can expect

• Technical and disciplinary management of the team of 6 people as well as technical and operational management of the area of responsibility including guidance of trainees in the department
• Supporting the directly subordinate team members in the fulfillment of tasks and quality assurance
• Motivating and encouraging employees and communicating corporate goals and strategies as well as developing and optimizing operational standards and processes
• Organizing, ensuring and further developing structured communication with department management, the team and affected internal and external interfaces
• Monitoring and controlling the smooth operation of the Measurement and Control Technology Service organizational unit
• Responsibility for the approval of contract installation companies
• Responsibility for processing incoming gas odor reports during daily working hours
• Ensuring that tasks are carried out on time, in line with quality and costs
• Ensuring efficient maintenance and expansion of the systems, taking into account energy industry regulations and company objectives

What distinguishes you

• Completed vocational training and corresponding further training as a pipe network master (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) in the HVAC trade or technician (m/f/d)
• Sound professional experience and knowledge of current certifications and energy industry regulations (laws, ordinances, regulations and standards)
• Qualifications in accordance with the technical regulations
• Proven leadership skills: You maintain a trusting, cooperative and situational management style while keeping the company's goals in mind
• The ability and willingness to think and act in interdisciplinary processes and entrepreneurial contexts
