Description

Joining the Dutch & Belgian advisory team in our Berlin office, you will contribute to the firm by developing rigorous analysis and delivering insights that enhance clients’ decision-making. You will play an active role in all aspects of client engagement: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, conducting analysis, and synthesizing conclusions into impactful recommendations.

Aurora has a strong and growing presence in the Dutch and Belgian energy markets, where we work with virtually all major energy companies, investors, and policy stakeholders. We have supported clients across a wide range of strategic and policy engagements, including M&A transactions, market entry assessments, investment strategies, and regulatory studies. You will be contributing directly to this work and shaping the energy transition in two of Europe’s most dynamic power markets.

Berlin serves as a hub for Aurora’s work across Europe, offering exciting opportunities to work on international projects while focusing on clients in the Netherlands and Belgium.

You’ll enjoy a high degree of responsibility, the chance to shape major decisions in the energy sector, and the opportunity to grow into an industry expert under the mentorship of senior team members with deep advisory experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop robust, data-driven analyses to inform strategic client decision.
  • Work closely with our modelling team to frame and solve quantitative energy problems
  • Contribute to the continued development of Aurora’s Dutch and Belgian offerings, including new products and capabilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and co-develop tailored project scope.
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients clearly and persuasively
  • Help expand Aurora’s reputation in the region through high-quality advisory work
