• Assist in pre‑sales activities (RFP responses, Client Discovery, Demo Preparation and Demo Delivery)
• Assist SD competency lead in QA checks on SD implementations
• Work with SD Competency Lead to drive build and make improvements to Syntax SD intellectual property and delivery capabilities
• Take lead in design of complex SD enhancements and/or extensions to standard SAP
• Provide functional and architectural guidance to teams designing leading edge solutions in the SD space (e.g. Mobile solutions, Business Intelligence)
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Billing scenarios for Services: T&M, Milestone, Cost Plus and Unit Price
• Experience with Resource Related Billing
• Experience in integrating Tax Software to SAP for the different sales scenarios
• Experience in SAP CRM, C4C and/or CPQ is a plus
• Experience with SAP Service Management and /or SAP Field Service Management
• Experience in the Engineering, Construction and Operations Industry and/or Professional services Industry

• Minimum 5 full life cycle implementations of SAP, including S/4 HANA 1809 and above
• 10+ years of SAP experience
• 3rd party ordering
• International trade (optional)
• Intra‑stat (optional)
• Ability to work in the US and Canada
