This individual plays a vital role in the architecture and design process of various construction projects. Working closely with senior architects, project managers, and other stakeholders, the Lead Architect contributes to the development and implementation of architectural plans and solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience, enhance their design skills, and be an integral part of diverse and exciting projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, InDesign) and other related tools.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and relevant codes/regulations.
- Proven track record of delivering and leading a project in the design stage (NOT SITE) with experience in GCC.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high-quality standards in design documentation.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Prior experience of 15 years or more in an architectural firm or related field.
