Job summary

A leading project management organization in Dubai seeks a dedicated professional for data center operations. Responsibilities include maintaining infrastructure, conducting inspections, and responding to incidents. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with basic electrical or HVAC knowledge, strong teamwork skills, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred. 1.Be knowledgeable about the electricity, HVAC, and low-voltage system of the IDC data center, as well as their operating principles, so that in the event of an incident, you can quickly locate the fault and restore service.

2.Be familiar with the IDC data center environment and monitoring systems, and in accordance with client's requirements, conduct facility inspections, including but not limited to facility status checks and reviewing and tracking maintenance/repair MOPs.

3.Update and maintain the infrastructure information to be complete and 100% accurate, regularly check the platform alert settings, and monitor the system's availability and stability.

4.In accordance with client requirements, perform 5*8 on-site duty in the IDC data center; during non-working hours, be able to quickly arrive on-site as per the operations incident management guidelines.

5.Respond quickly and arrive on-site in accordance with the operations incident management guidelines, and promptly handle and report incidents according to the EOP.

6.Be proficient in infrastructure monitoring management, capacity management, security management, and availability management to enhance operational efficiency.

7.Be capable of independently developing and implementing change MOPs, ensuring that no failures are caused by the changes.

8.Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

1.Full-time diploma or equivalent or above; fresh graduates are preferred.

2.Major in Electrical, HVAC, or related fields.

3.1-3 years of work or related industry experience.

4.Basic knowledge of facility and IDC.

5.Clear logical expression, courteous listening, strong teamwork and communication skills, remote collaboration ability, and cross-lingual and regional team collaboration skills.

6.Proficient in English communication, capable of multi-team collaboration; experienced in meeting organization and discussion; able to coordinate facility maintenance and repair management.

7.English can be used as the working language; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
