A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist – Communications to join its Marketing & Communications function. This role plays a key part in shaping the organisation’s internal and external communications strategy, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across all messaging channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and review of high-quality content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, websites, press releases, speeches, and executive communications.
• Oversee internal communications initiatives, maintaining strong cross-departmental collaboration and alignment with organisational goals.
• Manage the organisation's social media presence, public relations efforts, and media engagement, ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Support change and transition communications, advising departments and project teams on effective messaging strategies.
• Prepare senior leaders for public speaking engagements, offering presentation guidance and media training.
• Monitor media coverage and advise on communications strategies to protect and enhance the organisation’s reputation.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills with a strategic mindset.
• Experience managing social media and public relations activities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
