ADP is hiring a Vice President of Sales.

What you’ll do
  • Grow ADP's business while growing your team’s performance. You will work with your team to achieve or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within the required product mix, prepare a business plan to achieve goals, and manage the area’s net sales expense and budget objectives.
  • Grow your people. You will coach and develop direct reports, implement career development and succession plans, communicate career paths, manage staffing and retention, monitor performance, and support affirmative action and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Collaborate. You will work with other functions to ensure smooth sales execution.
  • Report and help improve. You will prepare Monthly Situation Reports and forecasting materials, review regional lead generation, provide feedback to leadership, and communicate marketplace needs to Sales Operations and Marketing.
To succeed in this role: Required qualifications
  • 8–10 years of total sales experience with substantial senior sales management experience and a proven ability to lead a large sales team. You collaborate with General Management and Operations to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and client retention objectives.

A college degree is not required if you have the skills to do the job. Acceptable alternatives include 8–10 years of relevant sales and senior management experience or military experience with applicable skills.
