The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and eight years of related experience, along with strong analytical and leadership skills. As a Sr. Lease Analyst, you will lead the analysis and verification of complex ownership interests and lease records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. You will collaborate across Land, Engineering, Geology, and Accounting teams to support high-impact projects. Your expertise in title analysis, mineral and surface ownership, and problem resolution will be essential in maintaining data integrity and supporting exploration and production activities. You will supervise title examinations, administer lease provisions, and provide expert guidance to resolve discrepancies and support due diligence, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Business, or related field; a minimum of eight (8) years related industry experience
