Role Summary:As the Senior Campus Recruiter, you will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, leading efforts to attract and engage top early-career talent through strategic campus partnerships and recruitment initiatives. You will develop and execute campus recruiting strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment for internship and entry-level roles, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring needs with talent pipelines. Successful candidates will bring strong relationship-building skills, a passion for developing future talent, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and will be based in Tulsa, OK with 25% travel required.

What You Will Do

Develop college, high school and technical school recruiting initiatives, including the Orientation Program for College Recruits and Intern Program.

Work strategically with Talent Acquisition team and business on talent advisement, responsibilities related to the recruiting process including applicant screening, sourcing, testing, onboarding and maintenance of applicable documentation.

Complete recruitment processes to fill intern and entry-level vacancies including but not limited to:

  • Advising hiring supervisors on the recruitment process
  • Overseeing interview process
  • Screening resumes
  • Developing a pool of qualified candidates proactively
  • Recommending applicants for interviews
  • Conducting applicant testing
  • Making recommendations regarding hiring decisions
  • Reviewing pre-employment physicals, drug testing and background results
  • Drafting and reviewing external intern-focused communication and employment ads
  • Plan and attend career fairs and campus events
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships at colleges, universities, high schools and technical schools
  • Overseeing onboarding process

Compile, maintain, and prepare documentation of employment activities such as:

  • Job application information
  • Interview questions
  • Job descriptions for postings
  • Employee documentation
  • Offers of employment
  • Correspondence.

Assist hiring leaders to prioritize competencies and use of behavioral-based interviewing, as well as applicable applicant assessment tools.

Track, compile, and prepare staffing and applicant data.

Identify important trends and evaluate data to strategically assist the business with sound hiring decisions.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership and business segment leaders in developing campus recruitment strategies.

Be a Talent Acquisition advisor on cross-functional projects and teams.

Provide advice and assist supervisors, employees, industry peers, and others regarding Talent Acquisition processes, employee benefits, available employment alternatives, and interpreting policies.

Review updates to procedures, processes, and policies in the Talent Acquisition area.

Manage the campus recruitment budget.

Lead and guide staff members at lower levels, may have direct reports.

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Employee may perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You Will Need

Preferred Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or other related field

Preferred 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2+ years focused on campus/early talent recruitment.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Demonstrated ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Experience conducting employment interviews and analyzing applicant information.

Demonstrated ability and subject matter expert (SME) of managing of human resource policies and procedures applicable to position.

Experience interpreting and applying governmental regulations applicable to position.

Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including utilizing computers (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).

Experience with application of math and algebraic formulas.

Experience and training related to:

  • Employment practices and related governmental regulations
  • Government regulations relative to equal employment, affirmative action, and disability
  • Interviewing skills
  • Written and interpersonal communication skills

Experience compiling and preparing information and reports pertaining to employee data, interview questions, applicant statistics, health benefits, workplace accommodations, policies, procedures, and correspondence.

Experience interacting, advising, and communicating effectively.

Experience reading and interpreting manuals, reports, governmental regulations, training materials, job information, documentation, policies, procedures, and correspondence.

Read and write fluently in English.

Applicable driver's license.

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) preferred

Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings. Requires travel to offices and job sites throughout system.

Operate office tools and equipment required.

Communicate and exchange information; conduct oral presentations.

Visual abilities to perform job responsibilities.
