Here’s what you will experience working as a Software Engineering Lead:

  • Act as the technical lead on projects, contributing hands-on to front-end development using Angular and RESTful APIs for a major Healthcare Scheduling and Order system.
  • Guide Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Make architectural recommendations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance development processes and product innovation.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in software development, including team mentorship and performance management.
  • Strong background in web development with expertise in Angular, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming (e.g., C#, Python, or C++).
  • Proven ability to lead Agile teams, manage delivery cycles, and solve complex technical challenges under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning engineering efforts with business goals.
Nice to have
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and DevOps tools and practices.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI in software development, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Candidates located near one of our talent hubs—San Francisco, New York, Austin, or Chicago—will be scheduled to meet with team members in those locations. Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this US-based position is $97,211.43 - $161,880.71 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%. Our benefits package is competitive and designed to support associates and their families.
