Essential Functions And Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
