You are an exceptional attorney who will join our legal team and support our ongoing growth. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and related risk areas. You will help win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
