• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
