Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst II to provide Accounts Payable support in development of a chat bot. The Operations Analyst will assist in operational planning, coordination, and development. Will work regularly with Deployment Operations, Business Operations, and Product Leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify project requirements by analyzing operations, determine project scope, and documenting results.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
