Job description
The ideal TBM consulting candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • 15 years of overall operational experience in a management position within a manufacturing or service organization (financial, insurance, or healthcare).
  • At least 10 years of lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement experience, leading or facilitating cultural transformations to enhance business or manufacturing processes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a reputable source; Master Black Belt preferred, with project facilitation experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality results on time.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing complex details and implementing solutions rapidly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Capability to provide both tactical and strategic support to senior executives and business managers.
  • Financial and business acumen, including understanding P&L statements and balance sheets, and aligning performance improvements with financial metrics.
