What would you do?

The Learning Experience Design and Development Analyst develops training content based on detailed design specifications, using prescribed templates and guidelines. Talent Development- Instruction Design Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Written and verbal communication
  • Graduate in any discipline - prefer degree in Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Require content writing or practical industry experience.
  • Minimum 2-4 years. working experience preferably in the learning industry.

  • Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate suite, Claroflow etc.
  • Exposure to learning methodologies such as Gagne, ADDIE, and adult learning theories
  • Exposure to writing or designing training for global, corporate audience
  • Strong content writing skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality
  • Able to work with moderate supervision from the Lead/Manager
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to at least one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools.
  • Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.
  • Develop virtual trainings using authoring tools such as Articulate, Claroflow etc.
  • Review your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the detailed design prior to sending to supervisor for review.
  • Collaborate with peers and other teams such as Graphics team, Tech teams. via professional communication channels to build relationships.
  • Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, raise content discrepancy issues to supervisor as needed.
  • Report status to Instructional Design Leads daily.
  • Receive and action feedback related to deliverables and own performance.
