Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IAM policies and governance frameworks.
• Ensure IAM compliance with internal standards and external regulatory mandates.
• Engage in hands-on work with IAM systems, with a preference for expertise in Entra ID (refer to Required Technical skills for required Entra ID skills).
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to align IAM strategies with business operations.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with MS Entra ID

• Nice to have Bachelor's Degree or one of these certifications: Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals - SC-900

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate - SC-300 Required Technical Skills

• In-depth understanding of identity lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Entra ID Governance Solution, Entra Privileged Identity Management and Entra Permissions Management.
• Experience with programming languages such as ASP.NET and .NET Core.
• Skilled in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Knowledge of modern authentication mechanisms, including OAUTH, SAML, and OIDC.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Competence in XML, JSON and automation skills.
• Experience with development collaboration platforms such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.

Desired Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Role-Based, Policy-Based, and Attribute-Based Access Control (RBAC, PBAC, ABAC).
• Serverless compute skills, including familiarity with Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, etc.
• Experience with Graph API scripting for identity automation.
• Experience with AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) and GCP Identity functions, including service account management and role assignments.
