About Mi Casita
Mi Casita is a growing network of Spanish-immersion preschools committed to nurturing joyful, bilingual learners through project‑based, culturally rich early education. With 7 schools across the Philly‑Metro region and Fort Worth, Texas – and an ambition to continue growing – Mi Casita offers high‑quality care and education that builds community, curiosity, confidence, and connection to language and culture. Our community of educators and families shares a belief that language immersion is a gift: one that opens minds, hearts, and opportunities for our children. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a mission‑driven, bilingual, and entrepreneurial leader to help us achieve our ambitious enrollment goals.
Position Overview
The Head of Enrollment leads Mi Casita’s network‑wide enrollment strategy, combining strategic vision with hands‑on execution to ensure every school reaches and maintains 95%+ capacity. This leader is responsible for generating leads, strengthening our sales funnel, supporting school‑based teams in converting applicants to enrollments, and ensuring every prospective family has a warm, responsive, and culturally aligned experience – from leading tours to managing data in HubSpot and personally connecting with families. This is a role for someone who thrives on both data and relationships: equally excited to analyze conversion metrics in HubSpot and to meet families at community events.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy across all Mi Casita schools to achieve and sustain 95%+ occupancy.
- Collaborate with admissions staff, school directors, and other school‑based staff to ensure excellence in enrollment across the Mi Casita network.
- Lead grassroots marketing and outreach efforts – identifying and engaging families through community partnerships, local advertising, and word‑of‑mouth initiatives.
- Partner with the COO, CFO, and CEO on long‑term growth planning, including market analyses and new school launches.
- Facilitate a results‑driven sales culture across the organization, focused on responsiveness, accountability and measurable outcomes.
Sales Funnel Optimization
- Own the full lead‑to‑enrollment funnel: awareness → inquiry → tour → application → enrollment (and beyond – ensuring families have a strong starting experience with Mi Casita).
- Continuously improve the systems and processes used to analyze and automate the sales funnel, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across schools.
- Set enrollment targets by school; collaborate with COO and School Leadership teams to hold regular performance reviews to track progress, celebrate wins, discuss data‑driven insights, and close gaps.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the funnel, using HubSpot and Procare data to analyze conversion rates and develop data‑informed interventions.
- Create and refine enrollment playbooks, tour scripts, follow‑up templates, and communication systems that blend consistency with personalization.
- Report regularly on enrollment performance by school, highlighting both strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner closely with school directors and other school‑based staff to ensure alignment on openings, tours, family needs, and follow‑up strategies.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing feedback to Mi Casita staff, to ensure families receive warm, high‑quality communication at every step.
- Collaborate with operations and finance to forecast enrollment demand and projected tuition revenue across schools.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase family interest and enrollment in line with network revenue and growth targets.
- Represent Mi Casita at family‑facing and community events, both locally and (occasionally) in Fort Worth, Texas.
Family Experience & Events
- Champion an exceptional enrollment journey that reflects Mi Casita’s warm, inclusive, and bilingual culture.
- Independently plan, promote, and host events – such as open houses, school tours, and community activities – to generate awareness, interest and enrollment in Mi Casita schools.
- Collaborate with school directors and other school‑based and central‑office staff to ensure strong attendance and consistent brand messaging at each event.
- Monitor and improve family satisfaction, Google reviews, and referral activity.
Travel Requirements
- Frequent travel to Mi Casita’s six schools in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs, and one school in Fort Worth, Texas is required. Candidates can expect that they’ll be on site at Mi Casita schools or events nearly day‑of‑the‑week.
- Reliable personal transportation is necessary, as this role involves regular school visits and community engagement activities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in enrollment, marketing, sales, community engagement, or a related field – or the ability to make a compelling case for transferable skills from another industry.
- Strong drive for results – relentlessly focused on achieving enrollment and revenue goals through urgency, accountability, and follow‑through to ensure every school reaches its targets.
- Demonstrated success driving growth or conversion through relationship‑building and data‑informed strategy.

- Marketing or outreach experience, especially in campaigns that engage families or local communities.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate, coach, and influence others – fostering accountability and continuous improvement even without direct authority.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently to school sites and local events.
- Ability and willingness to work non‑traditional hours, as required, to support family events, open houses, tours, etc. that accommodate parents’ schedules.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, resourceful, and excited to test, learn, and iterate.
