Full Stack Engineering Manager | Senior Level | Full time

Full Stack Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Columbus, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Full Stack Engineering Manager in Columbus, OH, and the job duties are as follows:

• Recruit, hire and manage a team of full stack developers and project personnel across multiple levels to plan, schedule and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on software enhancements, collaborating with scrum teams, and reviewing business requirements to design and develop new features.
• Assign tasks, set schedules, and oversee the completion of team responsibilities, assignments, and projects.
• Direct and review execution of projects, including overseeing the approval of work products, providing feedback to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Re-design and re-engineer complex system integration solutions.
• Propose, review and approve modifications to project plans.
• Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding and staffing in collaboration with senior management.
• Interact with client senior management to report project status, including budget, resources and technical issues.
