About the Front Desk Associate Role

Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring a "Judgement Free" experience.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Greet members/guests, assist with check‑in and inquiries.
  • Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members’ fitness journeys.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to management as needed.
  • Answer phones and assist callers.
  • Perform membership functions (sign‑ups, updates, cancellations, payments).
  • Conduct prospective member calls and tours.
  • Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, spa, restrooms, and club areas.
  • Address maintenance and facility issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • 6–12 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing, moving, and communicating.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
  • Frequency of cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
