Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with IT focus.

• Several years of experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
• Practical experience in SAP ECC HCM and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR/Payroll systems and GDPR compliance.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Lead and mentor the HR IT team in EMEA.
• Ensure alignment with global IT strategy for HR systems.
• Implement new solutions and enhance existing HR systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HR systems inquiries.
