CYN has over 40 years of history working with clients in Lake County and enjoys a solid reputation with area stakeholders. We pride ourselves on the integrity of the service we provide to our clients as well as the growth opportunities we offer our clinicians. CYN also boasts an 85% improvement rate for clients who avail themselves of therapy. CYN is growing in capacity – both in programs and the number of staff.

We are currently seeking a Master’s level, fully licensed Clinical Supervisor who will be responsible for providing supervision to the clinical staff as well as program oversight. The supervisor will also manage and provide quality control functions for files, program plans, and direct service to clients, while upholding and maintaining the tone and culture of the agency. This position will report to either the Program Director or Clinical Director.

Position Responsibilities
  • Clinical supervision and oversight of staff and contractors in all therapeutic programs, including all administrative, clinical and accountability functions
  • Provide direct service to clients in certain cases
  • Maintain a supervision log on each person supervised detailing cases discussed
  • Quality assurance of all treatment plans & files
  • Assist with program development, review and research as needed
  • Supervision of graduate student interns and newer clinicians
  • Present to outside agencies and community groups on identified topics
  • Represent agency at various external network meetings
  • Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field with advanced certification/licensure required.
  • LCSW or LCPC license required.
  • Minimum of three years post‑degree experience.
