Overview

RevOne Companies is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Business Analyst with 5+ years of proven success across companies of various sizes. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of business analysis best practices, including writing actionable user stories, defining proper acceptance criteria, and managing the end-to-end testing process. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and help ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation & Documentation
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cross-functional teams.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and define appropriate acceptance criteria.
  • Identify and clarify what is in scope versus out of scope for each initiative.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Develop comprehensive test cases, including positive and negative test scenarios.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability and validate that new enhancements do not disrupt existing functionality.
  • Partner with QA teams and developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Collect and document feedback, track issues, and support remediation activities.
  • Ensure user feedback is appropriately prioritized and incorporated into product releases.
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Lead requirement review sessions and solution walkthroughs.
  • Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Project Scoping & Analysis
  • Support project scoping efforts by identifying dependencies, risks, and constraints.
  • Assess business impacts of proposed changes and help prioritize features based on value and feasibility.
  • Provide input into project plans, timelines, and resource needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in varying company sizes (startups to enterprise-level).
• Proven expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Strong experience with systems testing, including regression testing and UAT facilitation.
• Deep understanding of business process modeling and software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with competing demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar.
• Monday Application experience
• Background in financial services, healthcare, or technology industries.
• Familiarity with wireframing or process flow tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
