Overview

As an AI Robotics Support Associate, you will provide frontline technical and operational support for our AI-powered automation systems and warehouse robotics. You will work closely with IT and warehouse staff to ensure seamless operation, timely troubleshooting, and data-driven optimization of our intelligent logistics systems. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a computer science or tech background looking to gain hands-on experience in applied AI and warehouse automation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for AI and robotics systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Document and report on issues and solutions for continuous improvement
  • Monitor the performance of AI-powered automation and robotics systems (e.g., AMRs, conveyors, sorters, RPA tools)
  • Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of robotic systems in warehouse environments
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and robotics principles
  • Hands-on experience with electronics and hardware troubleshooting
