Job Title: Assistant Manager, Load Control (Quality Control)

• Responsible for the department’s operational, safety and quality control processes;
• Analyse and recommend better work methods to improve service standard, productivity and efficiency;
• Liaise with SATS operational departments, airline customers and relevant stakeholders to improve business processes;
• Ensures audits are satisfactory and work standards are appropriate;
• Ensures airlines’ and customers’ SOPs and SLAs are adhered to;
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by Senior Manager, Flight Ops and Load Control.
• Ensures that the Quality Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 9001.
• Responsible for operational safety and security; ensuring compliance with all related policies and procedures.

• Degree with at least 8 years experience, preferably in the aviation or airline industries.
• Strong interest in operations
• Results-oriented, confident and resourceful
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses AI-related and digitalization/automation project management experience
