Qualificações

What you'll do
  • As a Customer Service Representative for Microsoft Security & Compliance/Identity your main
    mission is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering
    a world-class engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently.
What you'll need

Fluent in English and Portuguese;

Technical background (1 to 2 years), preferably in security and systems administration;

Technical support experience (1 to 2 years) in IT teams;

Proficiency in analysis and problem solving;

  • Nice to have: Experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and, or Azure Active Directory Administration.
  • An international career in a multicultural environment;
  • A permanent presence of coaches who will facilitate your personal and professional development;
  • Intensive training and constant and familiarization phase;
