In your new role as Software Test Engineer, you will be part of a team focused on high-quality product delivery, contributing through functional, performance, and compatibility validation. You will be responsible for automating recurring activities and optimizing our quality assurance processes. Analyzing and solving challenging problems will also be part of your work.

Your current tasks with the opportunity to grow – What will your life at Contentserv look like?

• Make the current product quality visible by using different test approaches, tools, techniques, and environments.
• Gain good product and context knowledge, define acceptance criteria, and identify gaps in requirements.
• Act as an open-minded thinker who challenges assumptions and decisions, providing constructive feedback to the development team and product owner.
• Certify that functional and other quality-related requirements are met.

Your Profile – What do you need to fit in?

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of frontend and backend testing techniques (e.g., REST services) and relevant tools in functional and non-functional testing; basic knowledge of quality management.
• Basic programming or scripting skills, the ability to read, understand, and modify code; knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL); experience with repositories like Git.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
