Qualificações

• 5 anos de experiência prática em desenvolvimento de software.
• Experiência em auditorias de qualidade internas e formais.
• Conhecimento de normas de qualidade como ISO9000, ISO27000, ASPICE e TISAX é um grande diferencial.

We’re looking for a bright Software Quality Auditor to join our team of Quality Guardians

The ideal Software Quality Auditor possesses magic powers to ensure internal and external quality requirements are fulfilled without damaging agility. Their main strength is understanding and finding value in the legal certification requirements and embedding them into an agile mindset and practices. As a Quality Guardian, the Software Quality Auditor involves conducting thorough software audits, implementing quality assurance processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Here is what your day to day will look like:

• Manage Critical TechWorks quality system and ensure its maintenance, improvement and optimisation;
• Conduct certification activities;
• Ensure compliance with external certification requirements;
• Work with the DevOps teams to extract value from the formal quality requirements;
• Influence and assist DevOps teams and other areas of the company in aligning with and achieving corporate quality objectives;
• Become an enabler who simplifies processes rather than complicating them.
• Create a collaborative environment between all areas of the organisation.
• Support product teams in continuous improvement.
• Have a quality innovation mindset to pursue new ways of doing.

Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Experience with internal and formal quality audits.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9000, ISO27000, ASPICE, and TISAX series is a major plus.
• Have excellent English oral and written skills.
• Great sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Agile mindset with a process-oriented behaviour.
• Facilitation skills and experience.
