The Minor Food is one of Asia's largest casual dining and quick-service restaurant companies. We are aggressively expanding our business in both domestic and global markets.

Our network includes over 1,600 restaurants across 21 countries, featuring brands such as The Pizza Company, Swensen's, Sizzler, Dairy Queen, Burger King, Basil Thai Kitchen, The Coffee Club, Ribs and Rumps, Riverside, Penang Street, and Poulet.

To ensure the availability and reliability of key raw materials, Minor Food operates two manufacturing plants producing high-quality cheeses and ice cream for Thai and international markets. Minor Dairy Limited and Minor Cheese Limited, established in 1991 in Nakornratchasima province, manufacture:

  • Premium ice cream products and toppings for brands under Minor Food, including Swensen's, Dairy Queen, and Burger King, as well as external clients.
  • A wide range of cheeses and cheese blends such as mozzarella, cheddar, string cheese, Parmesan, mascarpone, cream cheese, and sour cream. These serve both the group's restaurant operations and external food service sectors in Thailand and the region.
Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships, visit markets, and analyze reports.
  • Lead operations, sales, and business development to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • Generate new product ideas and expand external and export sales.
  • Conduct market research, analyze, and forecast demand and market price trends.
  • Ensure existing and new products meet customer expectations and increase profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially customers.
  • Prepare and manage the department's annual budget in line with policies.
  • Analyze monthly and yearly KPIs and sales performance to meet objectives.
  • Plan, monitor, and control overall departmental performance to comply with regulations and policies.
  • Encourage adherence to quality systems like GMP, safety regulations, and operational standards.
  • Manage manpower, including overtime and leave planning, to meet performance goals.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Follow up on project status with customers and internal teams during order processing.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities through marketing and promotion.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.

Experience: 7-10 years in sales management and business development within the dairy or ice cream industry is preferred.
