About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for Payment Experience, you will be a key player in shaping the future of Trustly's core offering. You will own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our payment products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and contribute to Trustly's continued growth and success. Your expertise in payments and product development will be essential in delivering innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business value.

What you'll do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Trustly's Payment products, in line with the overall company strategy.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the payment space.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Who you are

• You have a solid and proven track record of success in product management, with a focus on payments or fintech.
• You possess a deep understanding of the payment landscape, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to effectively convey ideas and build consensus across teams.
• You are a data-driven decision-maker, with experience in using data to inform product strategy and measure performance.
• You are passionate about innovation and creating products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
