O profissional será responsável por colaborar com gerentes de contratação, atrair e avaliar candidatos para vagas na área de TI. O candidato ideal terá um bacharelado em Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas, experiência em recrutamento de TI e fluência em inglês. Qualificações

• Experiência mínima de 1 ano em recrutamento de profissionais de TI.
• Fluência em inglês é obrigatória.
• Experiência em processos de recrutamento internacional é um diferencial.

Responsabilidades

Tasks

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and qualifications needed for open positions within Boost-IT;
• Source and attract candidates by utilizing various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events;
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Boost-IT's values and mission;
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback;
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports to track the progress of open positions and improve future recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting IT professionals;
• Experience in managing candidate databases, conducting interviews, and presenting job opportunities to them;
• Experience in international recruitment processes (a plus);
• High capacity for learning;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Persistent, dynamic, proactive;
• Enjoy working in a team and goal-oriented;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• French knowledge (nice to have).
