Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Perform roles as Product Manager, Architect, or Tech Lead, combining technical leadership with strategic product direction;
• Lead technical teams, promoting best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables;
• Define and oversee microservices architectures, event-driven systems, and distributed application environments;
• Ensure solutions meet high standards of availability, resilience, and observability;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments, fostering continuous improvement and responsiveness to business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
• More than 10 years of full-stack application development experience;
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with . NET ;
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, and Python is valued;
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization best practices;
• Familiarity with IdentityServer4, OpenID Connect, and OAuth is a plus;
• Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and their challenges;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams;
