Neste papel, você será responsável por oferecer suporte excepcional aos assinantes, gerenciar consultas e garantir uma experiência positiva. Este contrato de 6 meses oferece um ambiente de trabalho remoto, bônus de desempenho mensal e assistência médica após 6 meses.

Start Date: February 6, 2025

Location: Remote from Portugal

Full-time, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Sunday: 7 a.m. 9 p.m. (365 days/year)

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer support for subscribers of a popular streaming platform.

- Assist with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, and technical issues.

- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience through professional communication.

- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve challenges.

What Were Looking For:

- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and a good command of English, spoken and written (B2).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

- Availability to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays.

- Already residing in Portugal (no relocation is offered for this role)

- EU member state passport OR a valid residence permit for Portugal OR a job seeker visa OR an expression of interest (a MUST)

What is on the Offer:

- Type of Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD), extendable

- Performance Bonus: EUR 100 per month
