About the job: German-Speaking Customer Care Specialist VR Technology

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)

Start Date: February 13, 2025

Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract, subject to extension

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 19:00 (rotating shifts)
• Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and virtual reality? We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an advanced virtual reality headset designed for immersive gaming. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience for users across Europe.

Prerequisites:

• Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
• Interest in virtual reality and gaming is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Porto
• EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal

What is on offer?

• Base Salary: EUR 1,100 (paid over 14 months)
• Meal Allowance: EUR 7.63 per working day (net)

Relocation Package:

• From outside Portugal:
• Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (EUR 280/month, deducted from salary, utilities included)
• Reimbursement of airfare (up to EUR 400 in economy class) after 180 days of employment

From inside Portugal:

• Travel reimbursement (up to EUR 150 in economy class) after 180 days of employment
• Housing provided on a case-by-case basis
