Cross Border Talents is hiring on behalf of a client of ours for a cloud-based development platform project with millions of users worldwide. Their mission is to empower users to create, design, manage, and develop their online presence exactly as they envision. They are passionate about supporting businesses, bloggers, and creatives to build websites, grow their brands, and achieve online success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues, providing guidance and effective solutions.
  • Educate users on platform features and assist them in optimizing their websites.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Stay updated on new platform features and updates to ensure accurate support.
  • Gather and relay user feedback to contribute to continuous platform improvement.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Two rotating days off per week.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German and at least B2-level English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: EUR 890/month (14 payments per year) + Performance Bonus: EUR 90/month (12 months).
  • Extra payment: applicable for working hours between 22.00 and 06.00, as well as working on public holidays and Sundays
  • Full training and support for your role.
