About the job German-Speaking (B2+) Customer Care Specialist - Financial Services

Join a leading international financial services provider and support German-speaking clients with banking and account-related inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in the finance industry while delivering top-tier customer service.

Start Date: March 27, 2025
Contract Duration: 1 year, extendable
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts (06:00 AM - 9:00 PM), 2 days off. 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with online banking, transactions, and account inquiries
  • Provide professional and efficient support via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements:

  • German proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken) and higher;
  • English proficiency at C1 and higher, written and spoken;
  • Availability to work full-time onsite in Porto
  • Previous customer service experience (preferably in a financial or banking environment) is a plus but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Excellent communication skills ability to explain financial matters clearly and concisely
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow strict compliance and security procedures

Accepted Documents:

  • EU ID or Residence Card

On Offer:

  • Salary: EUR 1,100 per month paid 14 times
  • Extra payment for working on public holidays and Sundays
  • Meal Allowance: EUR 7.63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card
  • Performance bonus: EUR 200/month for 12 months

Relocation Assistance:

  • Outside Portugal: Shared apartment for up to 12 months (EUR 280/month rent deducted from salary)
  • Flight reimbursement (up to EUR 400 in Economy, after 6 months)
